I am currently exhibiting at the Ebbisham Centre in Epsom, the exhibition has some exciting new paintings and is definitely worth a look! Although I work in acrylics which dry very quickly I try to keep the application of paint relatively loose, I observe colour very particularly and this means many of my paintings are quite photographic at first glance, but under closer inspection they still maintain the textural quality and energy of a painting.
Welcome to my blog, I am an artist based in Surrey England. I am inspired by nature and enjoy painting landscapes and wildlife.

First Solo Exhibition
I am currently displaying my first solo exhibition at the Ebbisham Centre in Epsom. It has been a fantastic seeing the public reaction to my work, I have enjoyed talking with visitors and I've had some very warm and encouraging feedback as well as selling 5 of the paintings.
The exhibition is a collection of landscapes and includes Surrey locations such as the river Mole and the North Downs Way. I like to paint local locations which I know and love, places which people can go to enjoy nature and quiet time away from busy lives.

My next exhibition is booked for the 14th September at the Ebbisham centre, I will have a mix of existing and brand new original paintings on show so keep an eye out! I will also have a selection of limited edition prints and cards available.
